Von der Bausparkasse solltest Du Dir einen Sparplan erstellen lassen, bevor Du den Vertrag unterschreibst. Dabei sollte aus dem Dokument hervorgehen, wieviel am Ende der Laufzeit für einen übrig bleibt, wenn auf das Darlehen verzichtet wird.
