Ab nächstem Jahr darf die Wohnungsbauprämie nur noch für wohnwirtschaftliche Zwecke genutzt werden. Bis Ende dieses Jahres ist also noch Zeit, sich einen Bausparvertrag als sichere Geldanlage mit einer Rendite von mehr als fünf Prozent zuzulegen.
