Weil keine Risikoanlagen in Bausparverträgen enthalten sein dürfen, gelten Bausparverträge auch in Krisenzeiten als sicher. Der Vorstandsvorsitzende der LBS West, Dr. Christian Badde, vergleicht Wohnimmobilien sogar mit „Betongold“.
