Bundesregierung zieht ursprüngliche Pläne zurück

Die Bundesregierung hatte ab 2009 geplant, nur noch an Sparer die Bausparprämie auszuzahlen, die auch wirklich bauen wollen. Davon hat sie jetzt Abstand genommen, so dass auch in Zukunft wieder die Bausparprämie gezahlt wird, obwohl man nicht bauen will.
